This is the first result of the hand-drawn maze-pattern put through my funkification process. Because of working on this, I have realized a much better way to create the exacting results I am trying to accomplish, look for that soon.

This picture demonstrates many of the same problem my early 'Blue Deluge' series had. Namely, that it is rendered with a rather low resolution base texture, so the final image loses image clarity very quick in the center as things become tighter and tighter. However, as I mentioned, I have a new and better method, and am nearly finished tiling it out. It's extremely detailed, far moreso than this, and the results should be fantastic. Enjoy this until then
